We extends a warm welcome to senior high school graduates, college transferees, second coursers, and foreign applicants, inviting you to explore and join our vibrant campus. Submission of the following requirements to the Registrar's Office is mandatory for admission to any academic program:


We are dedicated to producing quality graduates and ensure that every student meets our academic standards. To join our community, applicants must meet the following basic requirements:

  • • PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • • Form 137 / Form 138 (Original Copy)
  • • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
  • • Drug Test (get a referral letter from the Registrar's Office)
  • • Four (4) pieces of 2x2 photos with blue background and name tag
